Annexure I
- Toilets: Bare shell structure will be provided by the Licensor.
- Shutters: Standard shutters will be provided by the Licensor.
- Fire Hydrant system will be provided including sprinkler in the premises.
- Fire Door & RCC Water tank for Firefighting will be provided by the Licensor.
- Thermal wrap double bubble Insulation of 8mm will be provided by the Licensor.
- Loading bays to be provided by the Licensor.
- Roof Monitor to be provided instead of Ridge/Turbo vent.
- 4.5mtr canopy will be provided by the Licensor.
- Electric Transformer will be provided as per standard requirement.
